The university already has anecdotal data that this aspect of Moodle is not a great experience for users, and needs work. As per your consultancies standard practice, after an initial meeting with the client, you are tasked by your team with the following

Recruit a fellow student (from any unit, program or course) to interview. Make sure you audio record the interview. Make sure your participant fills in a consent form (provided on Moodle). Submit your consent form and audio file to Moodle. your interview must be at least 20 minutes long (may be longer)

task 1#

Task 1: Thematically analyse the transcripts of all three interviews and derive THREE themes (groups of codes). how to Thematically analyse#

Thematic analysis is a method of analyzing qualitative data. It is usually applied to a set of texts, such as an interview or transcripts.
